Prayers

In case you haven't heard by now, little Reed in back at Vanderbilt but not for his heart. He had an episode (that we do not know what caused it) at 12am Sunday morning so he was rushed to the ER. Long story short, he had blood on the brain that needed to be drained off. They drilled a couple of holes on his head Sunday night to relieve all of this blood off his brain.
Monday morning, he was awake but still kind of drugged up. He is doing well with everything except his eyes are not tracking. We do not know the reason for this but the doctors seem to think he just needs time. He does have some blood in the back of his eyes which could be causing him to not focus. Please pray that Reed will recover 100% from this and that the doctors will be able to figure out what caused this bleeding! We are very scared but know that God is still complete control of Reed!

Keeley We are praying for Gods arms to wrap around Reed and continue to keep him strong and heal him. WE know what a firghter Reed is. He is the Toughest Baby, next to Braden In Antioch!! At our house on Sunday night the Una Youth Started out with constant prayer for Godly Well trained Doctors, healing for Reed, and Every teen that prayed, sent Reed's name up, and Praise for all the blessings God has given us in the amazing miracle of Braden and Reed's Lives. When Reed is able you all will have to come to a Youth Devo and see How Awesome God is touching these teens through your family!! What a wonderful God to bring us all together through these preciuos babies! love you all!

I know that you do not know me (I found your blog through another) but I wanted to say that I am praying for your little guy. My son Beckham, had a heart transplant as an infant (he is 20 months now) and in October he had a stroke, caused by blood clot and bleed in his brain. He did not have to have surgery on his brain (very surprisingly) and he has made a full recovery. When I read your last post my heart stopped because Reed's condition is so similar to Beck's. It took awhile for Beck's eye's to track again after the stroke, and it took him awhile to recover, but he did, and he is doing so well. These heart babies are sure amazing. Lots of prayers!

BRING THE RAIN
by MercyMe

I can count a million times
People asking me how I
Can praise You with all that
I've gone through
The question just amazes me
Can circumstances possibly
Change who I forever am in You

Maybe since my life was changed
Long before these rainy days
It's never really ever crossed my mind
To turn my back on you, oh Lord
My only shelter from the storm
But instead I draw closer through these times
So I pray

Bring me joy, bring me peace
Bring the chance to be free
Bring me anything that brings
You glory And I know there'll
be days When this life brings me pain
But if that's what it takes to
praise You Jesus, bring the rain

I am yours regardless of the clouds that may
loom above because you are much greater than
my pain you who made a way for me suffering
your destiny so tell me whats a little rain
