Reed and Braden were "listening" to their daddy telling them about having a little sister coming the next night. I am sure they understood every word he was telling them!
You can maybe tell in the picture below how Reed's right eye turns in a little. Ryan and I had noticed in the last month or so that his right eye was turning in so we took him to the eye doctor last week. Reed basically has a lazy eye so he is having to wear an eye patch on his left eye 4 hours a day to help strengthen his right eye. After this is accomplished, he will eventually have surgery to fix his strabismus. Poor Reed!!! Good thing that he will not even remember all that he has gone through his first couple of years of life:-) Now to the fun stuff....Kylie Reese White is finally here! I went in on April 15th for our scheduled C-section. They rolled me back at about 5 minutes till 2 and she was here at 2:16 pm. It was so weird to actual be coherent during my c-section. I am not a big fan of it though! There is nothing like lying on a table, smelling your skin burn, and hearing your doctor just talk about her cat while you are awaiting your daughter's delivery.Once she pulled Kylie out, I finally got to experience that emotion that you picture yourself having where you tear up because your child is here and healthy!!! After they delivered her and stitched me up, they put us in what they call a "holding room" until the spinal block wore off. This took about 2 hours then we were taken to our normal room. I really enjoyed just lying in bed getting to hold her and already spoiling her. She has been great so far but I am sure that now that we are home she will get her days and nights mixed up!
She might already have her daddy wrapped around her finger!
She does already like her paci. We might have to get her the girly wubbanub like Reed has. This little girl came out ready to eat which has made my life very easy! You gotta love being able to put a bracelet and bows on her already!
This picture was taken by my dad...he was experimenting with my camera. Nanny, my dad, Kylie and Granny... 4 Generation just without me in the picture! My mom..who we owe a huge thank you to. She and dad kept the boys while we were at the hospital from Thursday till Sunday. They were a HUGE help to us!

Ryan's dad The boys came to visit us on Thursday and Saturday morning. I think that we are going to have our hands full!!!
It still doesn't seem real that we are a family of 5! I think that the boys missed us just a little! But if the truth be known, they probably didn't even miss us for a second since they have so much fun at Nana and Pappa's house.
How is it that someone can steal your heart so quickly and you have only seen them for a couple of days:-)!!!!
We got the comment a lot in the hospital of "Keeley and Kylie...that is going to be confusing." I know that it will be confusing at times but sweet Kylie is named after my brother, Kyle who passed away a couple of years ago. She will be very proud of her name when she learns how great her Uncle Kyle was and what a strong Christian example he was. I hope and pray that our children will live their lives the way that Kyle did because he was a selfless person who dedicated his life to serving others.
Don't you just want to squeeze those cheeks!
I would like to know what she is dreaming about.
We made it home! Now the fun can begin.
Thank you again for all of your prayers through this pregnancy and delivery. We are so very, very thankful to have her home and actually get to spend time as a family without having to go back and forth to Vanderbilt every day and night. We cannot wait for each of you to meet Kylie Reese!!!
